Configurator does not open(Self Solve)(Language Error)

Ok first:

Specs:
Asus G73SW-3DE
Intel® Core™ i7 2630QM 2.00GHZ ~ 2.9GHZ TurboBoost
Intel® HM65 Express Chipset
8GB DDR3 1333 MHz DRAM
NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 460M 1.5GB GDDR5 VRAM
Full HD 3D(1920x1080x32 120Hz) LED backlight
500 GB x2 SSD/HDD 7200 RPM
Windows 7 Home Premium

So, I installed ROR today, manually downloaded and install content pack. And I tried starting the game. It shows "Run the RoRconfig program first"
And so I did open it up. But nothing shows up, not even an error. I ran it again, this time task manager open, the process ran, but it disappears shortly after.
Anyone had the same problem and fixed it or knows how to fix it?

go into your "my files"-folder (not sure, if it is called like that in english). Then go into the "Rigs of Rods 0.38" folder, then to the "logs" folder. Just look at the "RoRconfig.log". Maybe it can help you. Otherwise you can post the file here, maybe we can help you. If it all does not help, try reinstalling it.

Wut? There is no English? WUT?!

FIXED! It appears that my language settings in windows "English(Singapore)"
Is not reconised, so I changed it to united states and it WORKS!
