Creating an UnOffical 'job' forum

So I was looking around online and I cam across a free forum site where you can make a forum and 1 thing to the forum were "credits" you can change the name to what ever you wanted and people could exchange them as well.

What i was woundering was could I create it with out any problems against RoR?

It would have no downloads or take away from here I Just see all these "towing companies" and other jobs on here and want to make it more fun and realistic to where people could actually earn "credits" or money or whatever.

Even make a server for it that anyone thats registered on it can play so if someone needs a tow or rescue or anything they can actually pay for the "help" the receive.

Let me know what anyone else thinks of this idea.

There's plenty of companies with a money system...

And there's no way a central system like this would work.

yeah but this way it would display it instead of anyone remebering it..

but why dont you think it would work?

That would be hard to do. All the companies would go onto your forum and earn money? Sounds way to complicated.
