Avast giving warnings when I try to download repo files

On some repo files, Avast blocks the download saying the download page has a url:mal infection. I'd assume that it's a false alarm, but you should probably look into it. The repo files this happened on are these:

I have Avast, and when I click the download button, it says that page is unavailable.

I download things all the time from RoR,the forums and Repository,and my Anti-Virus system never acts up.

You can get AVG for free. Just either get last years version, or keep renewing your 1 month premium trial.

I tried to download this:

The details page has absolutely no more information then the picture I posted.

This is happening to every file I download. After I close the warning message, I can download the file, but the next one I try returns the same message.

EDIT: I cant download lilgti's FJ cruiser at all, I keep getting the threat detected message and Chrome returns a page not found error.
