What I have heard to fix this problem, is to remove all of the .zips that don't have working sound, and move them to a remote location(desktop). Then, clear the cache and load Rigs of Rods. Then, put all of the .zips back into their place where they came from. Then, clear the cache and load Rigs of Rods. This should work.

Oh f@%k that sucks so much cuz they are all in one folder but recently i have started to put them in seperate folders so ill try that

Never put the files from different mods in one folder. Simply leave them in the zip format you downloaded them from, and Rigs of Rods will recognize it.
