bahrain Map request for gta sa

hello

can any one make gta sa bahrain map and put it insted of the orignel map

and make a tear gas launcher

AND make a group of mods :
1. player can close the streets with stones and pieces of wood
2.police use tear gas launcher as Primary gun
3. People will go out in a March
4.player can care and put Wheels on the ground then burn them
