    Default Problems with 0.38.67

    Whenever I run the game it crashes as soon as I enter a vehicle, but if I run it as an admin whenever I load up a map the screen turns blue. I can get into cars and drive around with the blue screen but I can't see anything. Please help
    Windows 7 64bit, HD 6970, i3 2100
