Ok, so the other day I was driving a tudor and found this speed. After that I got a thought. Maybe I will post a thread to see screenshots of your fastest speed posible.

I'm pretty sure the goal here is to have the fastest speed with wheels on the ground, and not in knots...like my pic is. IN this case I'm the winner so far.
