I want to know how can i use my steering wheel on rigsofrods 0.38.67???

Can you move this to game support?

As long as you are able to connect it to your computer, it should work.
For easier setup, I recommend downloading v37 if you don't already have it so you can use it's controller setup feature.

You played 37?
After you edit the controls in 37 open My Documents>Rigs of Rods>Config then find input.map and copy it to My Documents>Rigs of Rods 0.38>Config or My Documents>Rigs of Rods 0.39>Config (depending on which version you use).
Sorry I left out that part.
