Default how to add mods to vehicles?

so i downloaded the blower/supercharger for the Ford Falcon but i have no idea how to put it on. i looked through the wiki but can't find anything about placing parts on cars. so can someone please explain it to me or at the very least tell me what section of the wiki to go to?

What you need to do is follow the instructions that came with the blower you downloaded.
