The size of the .raw file doesn't correspond to the number you stated in the .cfg file:
# RAW-specific setting - size (horizontal/vertical)
Heightmap.raw.size=1025
Be sure to check the option that says 'Re-size for export' (in L3DT, not sure about other programs) when exporting the heightfield, and enter the size of the raw, e.g. 1025 (the sizes must be 2n+1) and adjust the .cfg accordingly. 1025x1025 raw attached below.
Also it seems that the terrain texture is missing (mudpark.jpg)
