How do you fly a helicopter?

Well, first you want to press Ctrl+Home to start up the engines, then PageUp or Ctrl+PageUP to throttle the engines up depending on whether you are in a hurry ( They both work). Then you press and hold F1 once the engines are at full power to control how much lift you want. If you have too much lift, press and hold F2 until you are at a comfortable height. Then use the arrow keys to pitch in the direction you intend to move. Then voila! You're flying a helicopter.

I can't get the ones that come with rigs to take off. I can hold the F1 for 5 minutes and get nothing. I downloaded the skycrane mod, and it works fine.

Yah there bug and u have to redownload the pack.
