I'm no RoR Engineer, and I'm not sure on the dynamics of trains in RoR, but I do believe that such a device would be easy to construct. Take one of the existing track pieces, apply a rotator to some base, and around she goes!

If, instead, you're looking to REVERSE a train (Point it the other way) a Wye would serve the same purpose with existing parts.

Yaknow, just saying.
