I would like to, specially because there's already alot of work in it, such as own materials and so on, still missing some skin works etc.

Exactly, but i can understand him, if everyone could release mods to his cars, just imagine how this forum would get flooded by half done
and crappy mods, which were also shown in the past years, some of mine were a part of the long loooooong list
