help with desperado wheels

Hi im trying to put hemiboys desperado wheels on squishys jeep cj but only the rim shows up the tire doesnt even have a tread on it they look like big marsh mallows on rims here is some pics of what i want to do (i did not take these pics another kid did what i want to do) and heres what mine looks like
