Thank you very much for the tip. Unfortunately for me, I tried that (read it on the wiki) and it still didn't fix my problem for some reason. I'm stick on how else to re-size it now..

On a lighter note though, I got the faces working!!!!!!!!

EDIT: GOT IT! My mower, And with turn-tight technology! Now to do the trailer, figure out how to make a steering wheel and learn to make a nice texture for them.

Could someone shed some light on making textures for the wheelface? I've got it in game but it's showing up white. Also, I do have a dds file, what I'm confused about is what am I supposed to be putting in the material file and where?

    Thank you.

EDIT: In this pic you can see the back wheelface is white on the insides and outsides.

I think you need to include it in the .zip file of your lawnmower and then put the path to it
I know in the pic it is not the correct paths for you but it is an example

Thank you for the tip aljowen, that part was what I had correct out of everything..lol..go figure, I got something right! Anyways, I figured out what my problem was, the material file contents didn't match what they should have. After a few hours of searching I have it working now though..

    Now to texture the mower...

Quick question folks, When trying to set up a turning steering wheel, what steps are involved? I've got the prop placement down, I'm just not sure how to get the steering wheel to spin instead of sway from one side to the other when the wheels are turned...I've been searching for a while now and I keep finding results here and there but nothing straight forward telling me specifically about installing a turning steering wheel and proper node setup/triangulation for the spinning effect.

There is quite a bit here : Truck_Description_File#Props

I have linked you to the correct area but you will have to scroll down until you get there, if you cant find it ,it was the 2nd result of searching "steering wheel" on that page

Well, I've failed at the steering wheel turning with the wheels and the sounds working at all but I would still like some input if there is anyone out there who would like to test out what I've got done as of now...

I'm thinking of leaving them with just the textures on it for now since I've still got a lot of work ahead of me to make this mower actually look good. Still learning so I really have no experience in all this except for day to day..lol.

Well I've been messing with the textures all day and I just can't seem to get it right. Is there anyone out there that would like to (or mind) texturing the body and deck for me? Your name would definitely get recognition for the contribution. I'm just really bummed out after 8 hours of trial and nothing to show for..

EDIT: Forgot to mention, they're bender files.

Suggestions, you should add a version with arms In front with multiple detachable attachments like a bucket or snowplow.

Already got that covered Was going to wait on mentioning it but nows as good as any time. I've been working on the plow this morning but don't get the dimensions right for raising/lowering/tilting it.

You will get it eventually. P.s. If I had a better computer I could help with the sounds, but it's crap so I cant. If I get a good lap top at x-mas I'll help you with any of your sound problems with any of your creations.
