Unhappy Need Help with my sound files please

I'm working on my first project and am having a hard time figuring out what I'm doing wrong. I'm trying to use custom sounds and I feel I'm doing things correctly but obviously I am not. Attached is the projects as it sits this very moment. After hours and hours of reading and tinkering I just can't understand what I'm doing wrong. If someone would be so kind as to take a look at my file and give me some insight I would greatly appreciate it.

    Thank you

    Soundscript_files

Before you put custom sounds in you vehicle, you need to wright a soundscript file. The soundscript tells you vehicle kinda what to do with the sounds. The link I put above should help

Not a problem . Yeah, I have the soundscript and followed everything on various wiki pages before posting because I was sure I could get it myself. Unfortunately this wasn't the case after about 8 hours on and off of reading and messing around with it. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong, Just can't see it. Figured outsiders eyes would spot the error of my ways.

Just to clarify for everyone. I'm not looking for someone to fix my problem, Just point out what I'm doing wrong so I can fix/learn from it.

Reading ror.log helped a lot in fixing this. First, it said "SoundScript with the name tracks/default_starter already exists.". Don't use the same names as the default soundscripts.

"Invalid WAV file (wrong channels/bps): riding_mower_idle.wav" was a bit more confusing, since the file seems to be in the correct format. I think it's probably just too long, since cutting a part of it and saving it in Audacity worked.

Ror.log also complained about the last two samples being at the same RPM, so I changed one of them. Is it meant to sound the same no matter what the revs are?

I had noticed the error with the Idle but thought it was just me.

Thank you for pointing this out! I'm new to everything I'm doing so instead of bugging with questions I'm trying to figure it out and ask after numerous failures..lol. As far as the idle goes, I would like it to have a high and low but am not sure how to do that so I was just going for same no-matter the revs.

    Now on to the questions:

for the tracks/default_starter would a correct name be something like tracks/mower_starter?

for the idle all I should have to do is shorten it and it will work?

Thank you very much in finding my errors.

I shortened the idle wav and in the log I still get "Invalid WAV file (wrong channels/bps): riding_mower_idle.wav" in the logs. Here's the snipit of log that is still coming up with the error:

Is there a certain time the track should play for? I have it for just over 1 second now once I shortened it.
