    Default Demag ZKKE Overhead Crane

    Hey, I just uploaded this into the repo, it will be available soon. This is the support thread for it. I uploaded the manual here, please read it before posting problems here, maybe this already solves the problem.
    If the crane doesn't show up ingame, you either did something wrong with the installation or you forgot to put the "Demag ZKKE.zip" from the repo into your packs folder.
    You need RoR ≥V0.38.33!
    Feel free to include this into your map, but give credits, please.
    Some features:
    - two versions: the crane itself and the crane mounted in a warehouse
    - two independently controllable crane bridges with collision protection
    - a big load spawner for the crane itself
    - one truckspawner and three loadspawners in the warehouse
    - all warehouse doors are openable
    - meshes with ambient occlusion

    2011/10/27: I got many PM's from people not being able to place the crane on a map. For those people I've attached Flatmap with the crane on it. Map credits go to TechWolf32. Keep the DemagZKKE.zip in your packs folder.

    2011/10/31: Craneman and me finally solved the bug that crashed the game. A big thanks to him! Please download the file again!

    is the warehouse version placed on certain maps, or do you have to spawn it in? in not can you make a flatmap with it already on the map because I SUCK at modifing terrains. Plus THAT IS NOT IN ROR, THAT'S REAL IT'S SO DETAILED. HOLY CRAP!!!!!

    Please calm down a bit...

    Anyway if you just read that manual I think it won't be a problem to place it on a map.

    sorry it's just that there aren't that many things this detailed that are public and released. ummmmm about placing it, I'm only 13 sooooo...... yeah I highly doubt I can. Q: Why? A: I've tried before and it ruined the map completely.

    @ alextonka: Did you follow all steps in the manual? Are there any error messages showing up? Please upload your RoR.log.
    @ bob mead: Please give detailed information where you have trouble.

    i am not good with computers so i am having trouble editing the map like the manual says i tried but it wont show up

    Guys, even a 5 year old can follow those instructions listed in the readme-file..
    But I do have the same problem as alextonka.
    RoR version: 0.38.65
    RoR.log error: "11:46:46: cinecam missing, cannot enter truck!"

    Hmm, that's interesting, I get this error too, but everything is working fine. I'm trying to find out what the problem is. Thanks for reporting

    It's even more interesting...
    It worked fine once, but can't get it to work properly again.
    Driving a truck into the hall doesn't work aswell, it shuts down the program. But I don't have any errors in Ror.log after that.

    Ror.log with truck error in attachment, nothing strange to see in there I think.

    How can I open the doors? I know that I have to press strg + alt + F (1-6), but nothing happen =( And when i enter the crane, tho doors go crazy
