i was planning to use a script it has to flame up when users let off the throttle

and i have the sound to go with it

Actually he had some EPIC fire in game, (he burned a church :P) so it is out there but
he probably fears it will bring violence.

I never thought of that. We'd have noobs burning down everything they can and posting it. And we would have the (even more) immature disrespectful noobs using it to play terrorist. I don't blame him for not releasing it if he's done it because of that.
