I'd say that it is a Mercedes W115, but the stock Merc sedan was modified to be a station wagon by the Portuguese body manufacturer Santos.
I don't know when exactly it was built, but somewhere in the beginning '70s would be a good guess.

You have to guess it... and yes it was originally a w114... there's one near my house that is abandoned, its very rare... in the US only 2 of them exist and I think 10 around all Europe or something close to that
