Hook and load-I-beam meshes done by Lenni fully functional with some changes to the N/B.

Picture #1: Using the ties by pressing "O", they allow to rotate the load precisely and can be combined with the hook for more load capacity.
Picture #2: Using the hook by pressing "L"

Does the 'I beam' extend side ways? Also, is it fully functional for lifting uneven loads ect..?

Depends a bit on the load, when it has ropables that accept multi-links it can lift uneven ones too.
