Its quite agile tho, flips and spins out of control very easy.
Gilders arent that fast on the aileron.
Even tho its a gilder i find you should add a engine that we can turn off in the air, since it can be hard to get it to a decent altitude with the mouse.
Other than thats its nice thing.
    Have a nice day!

You can zoom out, then drag it up into the air,but anyway, real life "true" gliders that are a similar design to this one can only glide a 3 to 4 minute circuit before landing again, maybe 8-10 is you are lucky.

hi guys i have made it so if you get the rope set off the repo and use the twin otter iou can use the twin otter as a tow plane but untill they get mp collisions we cant because it would be quite tricky to get out of the otter and into the glider mid air

A tiny engine that only has enough power to get it to takeoff

Modify a Twin Otter to have 1 ropable node at the rear.
Add a tie with high max. and min. length (5-10 min.) at the front of the glider.
    Spawn a Twin Otter ingame.
Line it up on the runway.
Put the glider right behind it.
Press "O" to hook the tie to the Twin Otter.
    Exit the glider.
    Enter the Twin Otter.
Put all engines at full throttle.
Press ctrl+home to start all engines at once and QUICKLY exit it.
[The physics will freeze now so the Twin otter won't take off.]
    Enter the glider.

Now you should accelerate because of the Twin Otter.
As soon as you hit your desired speed press "O" to release the glider and glide along .

lol thats a good idea as i have put a plane at one end and full throttle hope in another and try to collide for fun
problem is i don't think there is collision mesh between them

While this is a good concept, the execution leaves something to be desired. The glider is too hard on the controls so it stalls and does a back-flip the second you pull up. It also likes to flip over when rolling left and right. One last complaint: the rudder is backwards. While the concept is good and should certainly be developed further, before you spruce it up with a mesh wheel, you ought to make it fly right.
    I dare you.

    Stop the madness!
