[wip]Volkswagen T3 Syncro (Mod of Trevors highroof van)

This is a continuing project between me and Creak. I originally found the van way back in 08. Just now decided to mod it into one of my favorite vehicle's. Things are progressing at a steady rate and we should have a beta out before to long. And again most of the credit goes to Trevor

OK, then I will join the thread with a pair of things we have done jet:
-gave it a new skin
-changed its shape
-added a spare tire on the back
-completely redone suspension (now all around independent) and steering
-engine, gearbox and clutch tuning to make it handle pretty near to the real thing
-added some flares
-added a deployable hitch
-made a version with rear wheel steering (just for fun)

At all, I can say that it handles quite well and like you would expect it from a big van - but offroad it can do things you would never had expected!

Agreed. I tried to make one of these out of the ancient sprinter. (Not lenni's) It failed.

Silvermanblue lowered the roof and I cut up the overhang on the rear to make it as near as possible to the real thing.

BTW: those white skidmarks can be used to prove that you really made it that way you said

fixed the shaky inside-camera and made the sounds 0.38.9-ready (problem with no sounds while using the inside-camera).

Each version now has a custom colored skin . I want to make some more versions also.

Truck_Description_File#Soundsources2

All you have to do is change the soundsources tag to soundsources2

then inbetween the node number the sound comes from and the actuall sound put a
-2, for the sound to be there all the time in any camera
-1, for external camera only
And anything bigger then a 0 for sounds inside the cab only.

Heres the ones from my jeep. They are all sounds that work at any camera view.

Me and creak are actually looking for some decent mesh wheels, but I may just do submeshed wheels so I could take a crack at wheels2

if it isn't in there already
