Default Lone Peak map - feedback

Here is a thread or you to give feedback on Lone Peak hill climb (released on the repository).

Feel free to post your favourite screenshots or videos

If you have white roads and an old computer with those terrible words "integrated chipset" instead of a decent graphic card name, try there to fix:

"RoR is crashing when I put vegetation ON" --> see this thread: Crash-with-vegetation-ON-on-most-of-DeGa-s-terrains-error-0

ok first off is that i love it!!! but i have some requests. can the car spawn be fliped? (see pic 9). And can the signs, hay bales and the gate thingys be hard so you can hit them and not go through?? i think its called contractible or somthing. (see pic 10). The signs look great. they have great quality and remined me of 1nsane and makes me want to jump off of them and see how much damage i can do (see pic 11). And the first house you come apon is White. is it suppost to be that way? (see pic 12.) When you hit back space on the road your car goes into hiding. is there any way to fix this?? (see pic 13). Love how the guard rail is hard so you dont fall off. (see pic 16).
but all in all this is my new favirote map to drift on and just cruise. Great detail on the road.
    Thanks for your time

White roads too. Could be because of Direct X9 and an old PC?

    EDIT: for got the pics
Good review, thx. And thanks for kind words also.
    - Car spawn can't be rotated, unfortunately, otherwise the wheels of your truck will drive backwards - this bug is known and does not seem to be easy to fix.
    - Contactable things: I decided not to make them contactable for two reasons, 1. framerate, 2. I didn't want to get a solid colision that would stop your car for those objects, 2bis. N/B objects are just too laggy - I might change my mind though
    - First house is an error from my side, I got used to it and forgot to fix. It'll be fixed on next map version
    - When you hit backspace, the car is re-spawn on the ground, not on the road (the road is basically one big object). There are places where the road is really near to the ground, spot on those and recover there. Or get out of the road where you can, recover and get back. There are no ways to fix that AFAIK.

Ooooh, night shots, I love them. Unfortunately trees are badly shaded at night (as well as some of my objects) other than that, that looks brilliant, thx

Argh - it seems your graphic card does not support this cool shader. If you wanna be sure, try the last version of the CH-54 skycrane by Lifter, and tell me if you get the same.
I'll try to post a boring material that will show for you.
Also, try to keep your legos and to get a correct laptop, it's enough for running this map smoothly (without vegetation), see my specs

    You both have integrated chipsets?

ok still love the map and i think it has to be a big step in quality of maps. One more thing. if its not to much work can you make the side of the roads more flat??? or less of an angle? If you go off its hard to get back on with out tipping your semi and trailer.

    ATI 200M Integrated chip.
I was looking through my RoR log I uploaded it. Has something about the roads
I'll try the texture fix and yeah the helicopter has a lot of missing textures/ white :/

I only need $600 more for a PC I want

Edit: The road fix works, and does look plain, but not as plain as white. Super fun map!

edit 2: also the log cabins and the tunnel is white. Forgot to mention that.

    Random things to do:
    - send me a log for all the maps that do not work (3 then)
    - go inside the zip of mudtrial (the simplest), locate and open mudtrial.terrn and delete the lines beginning with "trees" ONE BY ONE, and try to launch the map each time you change something. Then if you identify the line causing problems (there is only 3-4 in mudtrial), post it here - that's the most promising...
    - restart your computer - why not...
    - switch from rendering mode (directX-->OpenGL
    try this to... From dega^

And to dega: what happend to the landy (i think it was) and wasnt that off road vechile that was green (dont recall the name) sorry for off topic
