RoR Controls Config Issue W/37.96 and possibly other versions too.

Since i upgraded from ror 37.96 to 37.97 this afternoon i'm getting a bug in the controls config for ror. Problem is values for joystick axis should be 0 but they are coming up as 100 as well as both axis are being loaded. I have screen shots to show what i'm taking about as it's hard to explain but the peddle i'm using for example is the accelerator. Mind u the values for when the peddle is not depressed should be 0 as well as the other axis shouldn't be loaded when the peddles are set to separate. If you set your computer to combined peddles ror doesn't pick it up like it use too.

The spot i marked out in a red box is the axis that shouldn't be showing up in the profile as well as the values are wrong. Config Error 1 is with the accelerator axis not depressed, Config Error 2 is with the accelerator axis depressed.

i posted it just how you wanted it so that it can be looked at more in depth.

update: i just checked ror in 37.97 and in the ror config under test and the 2nd axis is still showing up as fully depressed when it's not. as well if you unplug the peddles RoR is still saying that 2nd axis is still fully depressed.
