Box5 Dodge Ram EXT to dually conversion

I guess my old thread was deleted for whatever reason but I still need help.

I am trying to put the bed from Box5's 3500 dually onto Box5's Extended cab (single wheel) truck. I will then swap wheels and have an Extended cab dually. If someone could do this for me or help me so it makes it easier I would appreciate it! Thank you

What I am trying to do is swap the beds so the extended cab will have flared fenders in the rear. Almost there though lol

If u haven't been able to do it yet, i think (mabey) u might be able to swap the flexbodies. i dont know right now since im not on the PC with ROR. but if you can it will swicth the look of the panels with the dually one. the beam structure

Remind me to get this out again and redo it. I made the ext dually but i over extended the cab in a failed attempt to make a crew cab. I can throw the original ext dually back together and post it here though, hope I can get around to it.

Probably, or you can do it yourself, just have to raise the suspension back to stock height.

Also people you don't need to pm me about the truck, it will be released finished or not, I do release unfinished betas (see the civic) in case I don't work on them again. The engine and weight for this one aren't right yet and I'm working on that.

Well, ANYONE can make a modified Dodge Mesh, just see this post:

There are a lot of people who want EXT Cabs with dually beds, or normal cabs with normal beds, or EXT Cabs with wrecker beds, and on and on and on, so it's quite easy to do if you read the instructions. So, if you want a specific type of Dodge, or any other vehicle, give it a try. It gives you experience and a chance to be creative.

The truck is drivable and looks good for the most part. However I am still improving it so this might not be the final release. If you're happy with it though then that's good.

It has been lightened to near realistic weight, it's a little too light. The engine is good until about 40mph and then it doesn't go much faster. Still working this out. When I try to hook to a trailer the trailer explodes...not sure about this one.

Still, you can cruise around with it for now.

I think you get the point. If you still took this zip and put it straight in packs...please don't post your problem here and embarrass yourself.

It is a zip file with all the necessary mods in it. To install, take all the files in this zip folder and dump them into your Box Dodge Collision zip file. Then regen the cache. If the truck isn't showing up, then you didn't regen the cache.

There is one minor bug besides the engine, the tires get a little shading bug, however it's hardly noticeable and it could vary with settings possibly.

Credit to Box5 for the truck, and I made the wheels (but not the tires).
