K100 Lowboy question.

Hey guys, simple question. How does one go about attaching the neck to the deck?

I have tried time and time again to figure out how to attach the neck to the trailer, but with no success.
Yes I have searched the forum and found no answer.

Attached is a picture of how the lowboy spawns.
