Post Burnside now with correct wheel size

I update this thing constantly because I have nothing better to do! Last update was 3/16/12 6:10AM PST

Now with correctly sized wheels! They're no longer stupidly huge!

Now with correct steering geometry! Caster and ackermann angle greatly improve steering response and grip! Plus other improvements to driving characteristics! Also new rims for race and badwagon!

NEW FILENAME! DELETE YOUR OLD BURNSIDEV3.ZIP OR BURNSIDEV323.ZIP FROM PACKS BEFORE INSTALLING THIS ONE!

You must have at least 0.38.33 to use this car, or it'll spawn without wheels.

    DOWNLOAD IT

Perhaps removing the contacters on the bumpers might help? Then the collision between the main body and bumpers will not be there an possibly will increase FPS

    Gameplay Video!

It has been cut in half for quicker uploads, also theres no sound, I must get that fixed up.

    Doin a quick vid now!
tried that, tried removing every bit of contacter and submesh one at a time. It's no specific contacter or submesh, just that each one drains performance more than on other vehicles (and only for some people)

I found that there is a huge performance drop when beam counts approach ~1800. I also get disproportionally lower FPS with 2100 beams then with 1400, so it might be that.

Very nice looking car though, i really like the style and hope to get ahold of it at some point.

It isn't that, I removed the contacters and the FPS improves dramatically to what the lexus' FPS is.

This car is loads of fun. I'm one of the few who gets a pretty decent fps I would say. I can sometimes get around 30+ when I get about the same with the camaros. Gonna go take some pics atm.

EDITon't worry bout my NSH FPS, i get horrible FPS on that map with everything now :x
    lol where is my toast.

I'm almost done modeling the interior. After that's done I need to texture it, texture the frame, finish modeling/texturing the engine, and model and texture a driveshaft/axle/suspension components. Then it'll be released.
