Yeah i know that you made one, i was just wondering if it was canceled or on hold.
I prefer doing all the parts myself, but for the little I've seen you made great work!

Is there any way to easily delete non-visible poly's in blender? Say I wanted to delete some polys that are hidden inside other shapes, do I have to manually delete them or is there an easier way?

Decided to finally skip ahead 3 years, so I downloaded and activated a Student Version of 3ds Max 2013. I can't wait to try out all the new stuff in the tutorials! Already looks very promising with the new ui.

True, all that's been added is a few shortcuts. There really isn't too much change until you get into rendering times, menus, materials, and all that good stuff.

Finally pieced this together and exported it. The three parts have been laying around on my hard drive for a while. IIRC there are 3 wind sources, gravity, 2 light sources, a "1080p" cloth, a diffuse map, a bump map, and a spec map.

Progress has been made. Grille was a HUGE pain. Added some other small details.. I jeep forgetting to make those darn'd bumpers. Oh well.

Myeh...still making this thing, but not for RoR, I'm hoping to get the model into Cryengine, which actually is much easier than getting it into RoR,Cryengine is much more user friendly.
I remade the fuel tanks, remade the steering mechanism which will be placed on the wheel, but I still need to polish it added the transfer case and mounts, and I'm going to remake the suspension soon.
