Looks pretty good, keep at it. The vents on the side look a little weird to me, what about making them parallel to the other parts?

I think that looks much better now. Are you going to be modelling the chassis components? If you need some inspiration take a look at Squishy's Puma and Boneheads 8x8 vehicle to get you started, they seem to have a similar underbody setup to the Caliber.

Yeah nothing to complex, but I was thinking about modelling most of the components and think I'll mount the engine above the rear wheels that seems to be the best place for now as it hasn't got much space upfront..

I was bored, so i continued experimenting Race Tracks. Made this one in 15 Minutes or less. Main Track, Grass, Curbs.
Textures are from an LFS Texture Pack (i think it's free to use) and the track is inspired to LFS Blackwood track.

    Default Collision Limit

    from the RoR.log
    Code:
    18:32:28: COLL: Hashtable occupation: 35992
    18:32:28: COLL: Hashtable collisions: 627
    18:32:28: COLL: Largest cell: 18
16 Tris per Segment on Main Track (Asphalt)
8 Tris on each side for the Grass Part
(in few words, all is divided in 1m^2 - Also to achieve overall smooth track)

This is what i mean by segment

Nice work, although I want to point out that even they don't deny using them, still the copyright always exists automatically. Which means, you aren't allowed to use them unless it's said otherwise. In the custom texture pack they have no mentioning of licence, so you should at least check, or ask from them, if it's fine to use them in any other game.

I think you could have less segments horizontally on the track.

O that's why on .39.5 they are fine but i get less fps because you can't turn off collision but you can on .39.7 but the cameras suck and they zoom out the faster you drive and there isn't and inside view or free cam

I have cockpit cams, and free-cam, and fixed free-cam...and your hitting ctrl+up arrow/w/what ever, shift works better, the actual cams depend on the car..most decent cars have them.

And Nadeox, looks great! What happened to progress on Miami?
