A lot pictures of stuff in a 3d modeler that's shown in this thread really aren't worth looking at because:
    1. It's just a crappy experiment that will never see the game.
    2. It's crappy car thing that only roughly resembles the car they claim it to be.
    3. The progress made is so little that the difference barely is visible.
    4. It's only a bonnet or something alike that's usually <30 quads.

Sure, there are a few exceptions (like nadeox) who show good stuff and actually do put the stuff they show here in game.
But they are a pain to keep track of with the amount of useless stuff that is shown in here.

I don't mind people being proud of them learning a 3d modeler and showing pictures of their first creations, but I think they should show it in the appropriate thread then.

Well, I fall under number 3.But I am trying to remedy that.I am currently trying to set up a truck file and currently making a very crappy N/b.
I've made too muc progress on my truck to call it an experiment, I'm learning how to add a vehicle to RoR as I go.I spend a large chunk of time reading RoRbook, and modeling a few things now and then.
But at-least offer contructive critisism and offer Some advice, if something has no hopes of getting in game, offer some help or advice or point them in the right direction.Don't just say ''It'll never make it in game'',becuase you sure are not helping much, post wise(Yes, I know you made some excellent tuts and toutorials, but try convery that same helpful attitude when posting, and if you're having a really bad day, try just to stay away from that issue or subject)

But otherwise, I agree with every point you've made, and I understand modding for RoR is not for me.RoR doesn't need more kiddie modders like me.
I'll just wait it out till BeamNG goes public.

You can't tell from the screens but it actually is ao baked but it didn't come out as I'd hoped.

Tomorrow I'll probably start on something new. Any suggestions?

So, your like on some low poly modelling kick now?

The Camaro's looking really good! It reminds me of a submeshed vehicle.

Pfff, I love modding RoR! And I'm 13 so I'm almost a whole year younger than you! So I really don't see your point. What's the problem with a kid being a creator as long as your good and you love doing it?

Are you putting this on the repo? If so, you should add TONS of colors
