yeah the version you see in the editor is the hearse

and hears the ambulance version

an idea: if the hearse will have an opnable back door, you could make a casket to slide out...this would be a good halloween gag ^^
and for the ambulance you could make a barrow that is slideable

No it can not. If it is a prop it is a prop. If it is a flexbody it is a flexbody. It can't be both at once.
