    Post Kenworth T800H Transfer dump

okay i was denyed on my first request at a transfer dump because it couldn't work for ror but humor me on this it might work. if the trailer is an indepentant vehicle you must get in it and use f3 and f4 to slide the trailer's box forwards and backwards using hydros. so to load the trailer's box on the truck you must slide the rear box forwards to where it barely hangs over the front of the trailer, then get into the truck and use f3-f4 to send ties from the top of the truck's dump box to the front of the trailer's box. then use O to secure the front ties to the front of the trailer's box. you can then pull the box onto the truck and release the ties then quickly reset them, then the trailer's box is sucessfully loaded into the truck's. so pull away and dump your box then do the process backwards to get the trailer's box sucessfully back onto the trailer.
    finally
type of vehicle: kenworth t800h transfer dump
    power: 515hp detriot diesel
weight (truck and trailer): about 55,000lbs.
why you want it made: we need something different don't we!
has it been made previously: no

Do you have pictures of that system in action?
Is it similar to the ampliroll or completely different?
I can hardly imagine how you want to slide one box on the other because I've never seen this in action,
only ampliroll style container systems but with containers similar to this ones.

Ah, very special system. I've never seen something like that before, we don't have that over here.
Why don't they just use dump trailers?
It may be possible to make something like that in RoR, I might have a try when I get my computer back.
I think the most difficult thing might be to keep the box from falling through the gap between the trailer and the truck
if they are not exactly lined up and leveled.

I love the T800H (High hood) They Basicly looks like a kenworth W900, except it has the setback front axle.

They are very common here. The advantage to the transfer setup is being able to get the truck into tighter spots without a trailer.

I have a 21inch screen using 1024x768 res. The help picture is too small to read. And my eye sight is fine btw.
I just read the showroom thread to work it out.
