Dodge Challenger Unmarked Police

Credit goes to silvermanblue for asking for help with flares for the police car... I'm uploading this to the repository...

I put a lightbar, but I hid it, so the siren works, but this looks like a stock Challenger until you CTRL-1 to turn on the lights.

The thing about flares is that you need to find a suitable rectangle... I didn't really see anything suitable for the windshield or back window...

Someone else might be able to add a couple of nodes/beams and provide a spot - and if they do, I'd be glad to add some flares... but I haven't learned beams and nodes yet.
