Island Server w/ Nhelens Map!

Since the Nhelens and Aspen servers were down, everybody's been on the Island servers. Personally, I like Nhelens better, so there wasn't much to do . But, someone figured out how to have Island's server hosting Nhelens map. It's simple! Where the box says: Server terrain name it normally says "island" (if that's your server) But, if you fill it in to say "nhelens", RoR will actually load Nhelens! Now, there is a *slight* hitch. Since the heights of the terrains are different, people still on the Island terrain will be flying around Nhelens.

thomas its the only way we cn get there for sure. Nhelens has been down 3 times today

Is there a stability issue? It worked fine for me, but if it'll somehow screw up something, I'll gladly stop.

Hey anyone know why the Island map servers are down??? Because Island's the only map I can play on... The other maps will just lag the hell outta my computer. Well with 64mb GeForce4 and 128mb RAM plus P4 2.4G processor isn't what you consider a smooth surfer... HOW I WISH THOSE ISLAND SERVERS ARE UP!!!

well then, that explains the lag...Rigs of Rods needs at least 512 MB of ram and a 128 MB GFX card to run smoothly. I played RoR on a PC similar to yours. The gameplay was very choppy. :P
