October 10, 2012:

A school bus accident today has killed 5 and put 30 in the hospital. The school bus was traveling up Grand Masque Avenue, packed with pre-school aged children, when a Honda Accord lost control and slammed into the bus. The bus swerved to avoid the car, but it was too late. The bus driver and all the occupants of the car were killed instantly, paramedics say. The two ambulances on the scene soon realized there were too many injured, and had to get the mass-injury bus. Parent Tania Niftunbergir says, "When I got the phone call, I was so scared that my child could have died. I am so thankful she lived. I didn't think something like this would happen here."
