I've recorded RoR before with sound.

How you use the Xvidcap? I have it compiled from source, and when i capture just a plain piece of desktop with icons moving on it, it freezes after while. If i try to grab RoR, it freezes just when i press the record button (even on the map chosing screen!)

it dos not work proporly

I downloaded Camstudio, and no offense to the people who make it, it's awful for RoR. You have to bring up the task manager to start running it, it won't do sound, and sometimes the mashes and submeshes flicker on and off which looks horrifically ugly.

I also have Camstudio, but when ever I try to record, I just get a black screen.

It can record everything else, but not the game. Does anyone know where I am going wrong?
