Hello, this is a set of engine sounds from a Cat C7 engine complete with a soundscript file. I pulled the sounds off of http://youtu.be/HuRDbd673CI and I have tested them in RoR.
Enjoy!
Credits:
- Me for pulling the audio and converting it to work in RoR.
- Frontiertruck for the video I got the sounds from.
To install....
1) Place all the files from the zip into your vehicle's zip.
2) Add
66, C7
66, C7-start
to your vehicle's soundsources (One word) section in your vehicle's .truck file.
Note: The number 66 is the node number from where your sound will be coming from. You can change the number to any node number within your vehicle. I used 66 as an example though on buses and trucks, the number 66 may work.
If you have done what I did above and you have checked what you did and experimented with different node numbers and it still doesn't work, PM me and I will have a look. Don't PM me the files and say you did the stuff above in order for me to do it for you, because I will find out!

Hello, here are some sounds taken from various YouTube videos of school buses, converted to a format RoR supports. Most of the sounds are key turn sounds, but there are also brake sounds (Regular and parking) and engine sounds (IC FE). Feel free to use any of these sounds how you wish. No credit or permission is needed at all. Enjoy!
Note: These are just the WAV files. you still have to add the truck and soundscript file code yourself. If you run to any problems with these sounds just PM me.
So, Here are some sounds from an IC CE300 Maxxforce DT (AKA the new DT466e) It is almost done, just working on making some force and turbo sounds and it will be done.
Well Here are 18 Different horns, including a .soundscript file. If you want to use it and release it in any of your mods, thats fine by me so long as you give me credit. All the files work you just have to get them in game(i'm WWWAAAYYY to tired right now to do it otherwise i would). Have fun with your new horns. More to come.
This is a blended siren that is commonly run on Fire vehicles in the United States, It has a Federal Q winding with a powercall, hyper yelp and warble running as well. Enjoy! Goes great with the KME Predator.
Simply open the .truck file of the vehicle you wish to add siren to and see what the existing file is named, then rename the federal Q powercall to that of the existing file and replace the existing .wav file in the vehicle folder. (see thumbnail if need be)
