The F1 test track you all know well and love is available with fall scenery. Using the updated version by Skip78, who I have permission from. Original track by sneer.

Recolored trees and other textures. Custom Caelum sky for that cloudy autumn weather. Added some stuff to the oval track. Seemed to be neglected before.

Races work on 0.38. Will run on RoR 36.3 through 0.38.67. Not RoR 4.0 compatible, unless someone wants to convert it.
