This is a volvo diesel sound. I recommend you use this mostly in busses because at high RPM it does not sounds great. This was because of the quality of the sound I recorded. Sadly it only had iddle and high because we were reving it, extract to /data/sounds/engine (remove force.wav if exists) |

This is the Dutch ambulance sound. I have mixed the normal with a fastest sound.
place it in the sound map en give it the name "police.wav" en delete the normal sound.

ok so this is a new sound for the police.wav file it's a federal signal with rumble you can easily hear the rumble tell me if you like it if not i can take it off
this will overwrite the old police.wav so back it up if you don't want to keep this siren |

This sound is from a Detroit 60 series 4 stroke motor. Its pretty good sounding if you ask me. To install. GO to ror/data/sound/cars and place there!
Its not perfect, but its good to me. |

this file consists of two (2) American Siren files that need to be put in the sound folder in the RoR file. the one file thats in there now need to get changed to police1 or something like that. the one file in this pack that is "police1" if it is the one you want needs to be changed to "police in the sounds folder... if you have any questions PM me. Thanks to LHFD for allowing me to use these sound files!!! |

This is a real-life modded siren. It sounds so realistic, and has been modded sooooo extremely well that it is probably the best one here. I highlt recommend downloading it.
Although, I had a little help from my friend with the mixing (yoyoboy) aka Brett. Other than that, I just hope everyone like it.
*** Installation ***
1. Download File.
2. Install into Main ROR Directory > Data > Sounds
3. It will ask to override. Click YES
4. Enjoy your new Siren.

Here is a 6 cylinder diesel sound. Even though it does not sounds like a cummins, its a good mix on the 1st gen dodge. Thank Box5Diesel for making that fantasic truck! Remember any sound i make and release is a gift from me to you. Have fun and enjoy the sound clip! 
Notes: To install, simpily drop the idle.wav into the ror/data/sounds/car folder. If the file is not named idle.wav, please fix that or else it will not work. Thank you. |

A police siren. Hard to explain. Credit goes to guitarguy1985 of freesound.org for the 3 sounds. I compiled together the 3 sounds - yelp, piercer, and wail, and I shortened them a bit, to make a nice siren for Rigs of Rods. It's possible it could get repetitive after a while depending on what you call repetitive.
Anyway, have fun.
To install, rename it to police.wav and put it in the datasounds folder, and overwrite.
Caution! The sound is not of the right format for 0.36. If you attempt to use it in 0.36, you will no longer have the siren. I'm working on this at the moment. |

Police Siren...
I have listened to all of the police sirens and there were not that many good ones here is the one I made. It is in high quality and sounds great.
Just replace old siren in Data > Sound and you are ready to go. |
