v1.2, see changelog
Here is a 1st Generation Bluebird Vision for under your tree! (or in your mods directory...)
Info:
The 1st Generation Vision was a type C bus made by BlueBird from 2003 – 2007.

-Animated props (including openable e-door and roof hatches)
-Changeable seat and floor color textures*
-ABS, slopebrake
-District name on the side of the bus
-Selectable 8-way types (dropdown in the spawn menu)
Gripes:
-The body appears shaky on the inside at high speeds (since it's not a flexbody it shakes rather than flexes)
Changelog:

This should be the final final version!
*You can download different seat/floor textures here: Brown Black Green Red Blue Here is the PSD for the district name, making editing it with the same font easy.

This is the two axle verion of the NEOPLAN tourliner.
It has working dashboardindicators, collision and much more.
The README.pdf is included in the zip.
Please post any problems and discuss here: NEOPLAN-tourliner
Unfortunately I made a silly mistake, so RoR displays ;V 1.0 in the select menu instead of the name of the box... You can cin a fix for that in the fist post of the thread you find above.
It is meshed, and much higher quality. Credits:

Modding Policy:
Modding and releasing any content for this bus on a mod of it or on another vehicle is permitted and encouraged as long as due credit is given.
Basically, Mod away and give credit.
Info:
It is fully skinnable, if you do not like the plastic paneling on the bus, just comment out agora_fb.mesh and agora_rear_lights.mesh from the flexbody section as well as the forset line below them.
It is also deform-able and flexbody.
I have also used flexbodies for the tires, so that they work in multiplayer and still are deform-able and separate from the rim mesh.
This is a Thomas Saf-T-Liner HDX and my first vehicle I have done all of the work getting it in game.
This is (as far as I know) RoR's first flexbody school bus!
The project is ongoing, so expect issues followed by fixes that cause other issues.
(Official Release 1.0)
Changelog
~Put the roof running lights back (still haven't placed the rear ones)
~Brought back proper collision (now collision doesn't cause weird shaking)
Known Issues
~The front wheel meshes aren't balanced (noticeable at high speeds).
~The bus is larger than most buses. I should have scaled it better when I had the chance.
~Rear 3 red running lights haven't been placed yet.
~Deformation isn't very realistic.
Backstory:
Ever since I joined RoR I've loved modding buses, and am one of the few 'bus people' who is sick of seeing a *BRAND NEW* CE300 mod every week... In order to make up for it I decided to make my own bus that was different, original, and somewhat high quality for my experience level. So I decided to make an HDX, because type D's are rare in RoR and it is very easy to model.
Don't bust my chops about it, its my first vehicle I've ever made.
Special Features:
-Animated props (including openable e-door and driver window)
-Flexbody (non-FPS versions)
-Working mirrors
-Changeable textures all over the bus (main body color, roof color, rim color, seat color [comes with pre-packaged seat textures], window color/tint, crossing guard front color, and bus #.
-TC, ABS [off by default], Slopebrake
Planned features:
-Working fans and other random animated props (after 39.7 is released)
-Under-body (currently there are no axles or anything)
-Fix the spikes on the bottom of the mirror
-Other small adjustments
-Convert all textures to DDS (my DDS plugin for photoshop doesn't work so it is easier to save as png for quicker editing)

These are my Winnebago's I have been working on for a couple of months. Instead of basing them on a particular year, I just used the styling cues of the early 70's. More or less if these were real I would call them licensed reproductions(Though not really Licensed). Yes, they are made in sketch... But I feel that it is one of my best mods ever. Please keep the sketch comments to your self, I would really appreciate it. Now on to the credits...

-Opening Doors
-Opening Roof Hatches and Engine Bay

The Magelys is a tourism coach that will transport passengers in a very comfortable and quiet environment along long distances.
The model is a flexbody, so it will deform when crashed (not so realistic though), but it also have a lot of nice features :
- comes with 6 nice skins
- has driver view, hostess view, front passenger view and rear passenger view
- all passenger, cargo and driver doors open realistically
- custom dashboard with speedo, tacho, and indicators for gears, blinkers, flares and brakes
- working mirrors for easy parking, the right one can be used from the hostess view
- working windscreen wipers (Ctrl+1)
- retractable hostess seat (Ctrl+4)
- tiltable passenger seat backrests (Ctrl+3)
- openable toilet door (Ctrl+2) viewed from rear passenger view
- 3 foldable screens (Ctrl+5) viewed from passenger views
Here is a video that explains it more than words and pictures
If you are interested in seeing the development of this bus or if you want to make a comment or show a skin come and visit the dedicated topic on the forums : Magelys topic

special thanks to Neusatz_Busse who provided the gear ratios, and to all the beta testers
Starbus - a fictional 80's concept vehicle style bus with futuristic look. It has 2 engine configurations which you can chose from on a dropdown list when you select the vehicle. In the 'Original Performance' configuration it is quite fast (for a bus). 'Citybus performance' is more in line with regular bus speeds, good if you want to drive it around a city. Can be crashed sort of nicely.
This is it after a few months: the Seridon Si14 from Seridon Motorhomes
This is my first creation from scratch, and it's a bit oversized. The next versions will be better scaled
In the next update it is colorable

Here it is, the newest addition to the school bus selection in RoR. This baby is fully submeshed, flexbody'd, has amazing suspension, super realistic 5 spoke wheels, and a driver with a cap. Made by Jaw-4 and Dkutch. Enjoy!
EDIT: there is now a V2 version of this bus released : PR14SL V2 download link, it features a detailed interior, custom dashboard, quicker to load, appearing inside the garage, ... The only drawback is that it only works with RoR 0.36 and higher
Here are 4 versions of the old French bus PR14, the tourism version PR14SR, the interurban version PR14SL and two fictive versions: Gendarmerie and FDNY style Firebus.
Features :
-Deformable node-to-beam model

-High-quality textures
-siren, beacons and flashlights for the Firebus
- ...

Decided to release the neoplan, since it was gathering virtual dust and im working on much better projects now.
The first zip, is the main bus. The secound zip contains skins and truck files.
To use a skin:
Go to the correct folder , then go to the replace folder. Copy all files in the replace folder and paste them in your luxd folders which should be in packs.
Note that the mini pictures won't update unless your regenerate/ clear your cache but your skins will update.
To use a truck file:
There are 2 truck files, one with lots of passenger cams and the other with a faildash I made ages ago, its adds a little more feel to the bus but sucks so its your choice if you want to use it or not.
Greyhound Scenicruiser Bus. Built in 1954 it was the first bus with air conditioning and air suspension, making it the most comfortable way to travel across the US.
****Please note, this is the updated version. I had posted an earlier version with errors. I was not aware that they would both be posted to the repo. This one is better!

Here is the school bus pack some of you have asked me about. I've changed it up a bit for some variety. Most are Blue Bird bodies but there is a Carpenter and a Thomas as well. They drive pretty realistically. Here is the lineup:
*1986 Blue Bird International S-1800 with an International Navistar 9.0L V8 Diesel and an Allison MT-643 transmission
*1990 Blue Bird International 3800 with an International Navistar DT360 Turbocharged 5.9L Inline six cylinder Diesel and an Allison AT-545 transmission
*1988 Blue Bird International S-1700 with an International Navistar 7.3L V8 Diesel and an Allison AT-545 transmission
*1996 Blue Bird GMC CV200 with a 366ci GM gasoline V8 engine and an Allison AT-545 transmission
*1985 Carpenter Chevrolet C/60 with an 8.2L Detroit Diesel Turbocharged V8 engine and an Allison AT-545 transmission
*1985 Blue Bird GMC 6000 with an 8.2L Detroit Diesel V8 engine and an Allison AT-545 transmission
*2007 Blue Bird International SBCV 3300 with an International Navistar DT466 7.6L Turbocharged Inline six cylinder Diesel and an Allison PTS 2500 transmission
*1979 Thomas International S-1700 with an International Harvester 345ci gasoline V8 engine and an Allison AT-545 transmission
This is a pretty large file and is very sound file intensive. There have been conflicts with the other school bus files with sounds not working properly or at all. These buses are not perfect and do not use any meshes that have not been seen already.
These buses do have seats and realistic parking brake sounds!
This is a fine-tuned version of ArthurHucksake's chevy p30(or mighty mite). with starling island bus skin.
i'm not the author of the meshes and skin. i just fine tuned the .truck file.
this bus comes with a left side slide door and meshwheel, and 16seats
this is a fusion of the starling island P30 midibus, and the mighty mite.
All that I've done is try to make the bus as realistic as possible.
Credit for original bus goes to ArthurHucksake and Cydvx.
FEATURES
- realistic weight(about 3.4ton)
- realistic centre of gravity
- real front anti-roll bar,and fine tuned suspension
(all above make the bus handles much better, together with a much more comfortable ride)
-torque curve
-minor engine tuning
thanks for the authors for making the bus and skin
please send me a massage if you found any flaws, bugs. or if you have any suggestions for update. Thanks
ENJOY!
update 04 27 2012
- lightened meshwheel
- idle speed and torquecurve fix
- weight distribution and suspension setting fix
- engine tuned down for more realistic performance(this does not affect the top speed)
This version could handle and perform quite differently from the previous version, so please give me your feedback if you have any suggestions. thanks!
Hello users of the rigs of rods forum, today I proudly update the FLC. Most of you know what it is, a school bus. many of you might be saying "aw crap, another CE mod." but, this is not the case. This has custom sounds, custom preformance, the ACX mirrors, newly positioned crossing gate, new flares, and new warning lights. credits for original CE go to the following:
So, I'll give you a little background knowledge on this bus.
I always wanted to drive a bus that I, and only I have dreamed of. I figured that I could find something on the site that was cool and wasn't just another CE. so I decided to read up on how to mod Rigs, it was certantly easier than other simulators I've seen in regaurds to modding it. That is how I ended up in this position with this bus. Please note that it is not fully completed so with that said, It still has no interior and only sub-mesh.
This update:
Updated sounds. Hooray! Feaetures the ASP flAilus, Enginefan vervion, and W/O engine fan sounds for the norm.
The newer authors to this bus would include:
Me (tomytom99): sounds, preformance, skins, and moving the crossing gate down.
ROR-EMS: mirrors and mirror placement
Here is the thread for the FLC: [link]http://www.rigsofrods.com/threads/91010-ASP-FLcolumbus-Once-Again-Updated-6-26-12-going-onto-repo[link]
More updates are coming, so be alert! once it is done, the will be a naedox quality video. Note: I will sometimes find a problem that you guys have. Most of the time you will need to find the problem, and I will fix it.
The bus now has about 15 skins, including dealership skins, a blank skin, and a NJDOC skin.
Bugs :O
will crash game in MP and also flatsville, in both sp and mp.
Should work now, I have fixed the previous problem that prevented the engine to work. I also have been trying to enhance the suspension (on the Atlantic' version) but it is not finished and since I am not working on it anymore here is the update

Ackermann Moving Trailers
Here are my moving trailers for both the Buessing and the Mercedes Moving Vans.
They have managed materials and material-flares, and are useing sections.
They're not loadable... just some nice trailers to pull around.
