LITE VERSION--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This is a map that simulates the snowy conditions found in the Washington Cascades. I spent
a while making this terrain and the results include:
* New Trees, rocks and objects that are all snowed over.
* 10x the texture detail of a normal map with new texture splatting feature.
* Rutted roads, custom races, new sky textures and a bunch more!
* Two versions. The first is the "regular" version with all of the features. The second is the "lite"
version with cut down features and better frames per second.

INSTALLATION

1. Put the files in your my documents/ Rigs of Rods/ packs

A map for Generally fans!
This is a fun little circuit based on a generally map (Finland). A lap should take just under a minute, the track runs anti-clockwise and has a one piece checkpoint system.
Its easy to learn but hard to master!
just unzip into /Terrains and select Generally

This is just a simple terrain i made in L3DT and put some grass on. It is a very nice looking green map. It is very fun to drive with Box5Diesels Suzuki on it.

This is my first time using L3TD and the terrain came out to be georgous. I left it untouched because it looks better that way. In addition, I did not have enough time and didnt get the help I wanted to add more to this terrain. I hope future mod addons make this terrain rich with content.
This terrain contains:
Huge mountainous terrain with crater lakes
2 rig a deals
1 airport at high elevation
2 marinas
1 wrecker
More to come in mods!!!
WARNING!
Notice to modders, I dont mind you adding roads and other stuff to this terrain. When you release it, make sure it is an addon(so you dont end up uploading my terrain as yours just because you stuck a road in it).

3x3 km 2049x2049 Off-Road Map
This is a off-road map that uses 2049x2049 RAW heightmap. It gives a new level of detail to terrains but it doesn't eat your fps much (tested with AMD Athlon Xp @ 850 MHz, nVidia GeForce 7600 GS, 512GB of RAM)
2049x2049 maps were introduced here by dieselfuelonly, so thanks to him for this idea!
Place in your packs folder or unzip to data/terrains if you want to edit this with toolkit. |

this is a great map
i get a higher fps than on north st. helens map (it has the same things except the ror editor home and the place where you can fix you truck)
i dont know who have made this great map (on the forum the topic is deleted)
if he see this than he can send me a pm and it whil be fixed
extract the data in data/terrain file in your ror map |
