Finally an update to my very cool map exploring_terrain!!
-Added 2 more versions of the terrain (a normal without roads and a gigantic one)!!
-Added more roads in the "normal" version!
-Updated spawn zones.
For now it features:
-3 versions of the terrain
-Roads to explore (in the "normal" version)
-Excellent off road fun with trails, hills... (all the versions)
-Big terrain (in the "gigantic" version)
castlegreen was inspired by the 1998 game Viper racing game developed by MGI.
it was always one of my favorite tracks to drive on among others.
if you find any bugs post them on my castlegreen forum thread here castlegreen-from-viper-racing comments are more than welcome or other ideas for terrains.
im working on a few others and like to know peoples frame rates so i dont over do it.
Hello! This is my last released map. It's very simple, and I made it in two days. I called it Sea Roads because it have two long highway between two islands! Anyway it doesn't have anything complex, just roads and some buildings.
It have a load spawner, two truck spawner and boat spawner. Also my first (released) map with tree sistem!
-Map, objects, objects placing, some textures by me;
-Trees by Calamity.
-Set your vegetation to 100% or you will not see trees.
This is the Nhelen's terrian basicly , just more buildings .etc,
There is a Parking Garage & a building on the side of it with a little lot , That is for Tow Companies, The lot is for Tow Companies to park their Wreckers, and the Garage is for the tow companies to park their Repo'd / Wrecked Cars.
This is not completely done, but have fun and test out what is done of it :P

**NOTE: If you have the nhelen terrain map in DocRoRTerrain , Please move it to somewhere else, as this one has the same name .. it is not required, but if you dont you will see two "North St. Helen" Maps in side the game, in this case select the one that shows "nhcustom.terrn"
It says Errors found with some sort of truck, but there really isnt. i tested it on my two computers and it worked fine.
This is the Small Island V2
This file contains:
-Truck Dealer fix
*This means the level with the garage is leveled with the road so that you won't need a truck to drive on Small Island!
-Works great when using low-to-ground vehicles!
Remember to remove the old smallisland.zip in order for this one to work. If this terrain revision lags, it's your computer. Should work for any version of Rigs of Rods above version 0.36. Pm me if you need any help installing, or if having problems doing so.
hello, this is mine terrain mod. I have added donoteat's angelscript bus route to the terrain
It uses angelscript to run a bus route, much like one can use angelscript for races. You drive to the first bus stop, stop, wait for ten seconds, and go to the next one. If you leave early it swears at you.
The script doesn't know at which bus station you are, so you can go to them in any order.
You can use any vehicle, even ones that aren't a bus.

Official extra terrain pack, version 2, that adds 7 extra terrains to the 2 terrains included in the standard distribution. These extra terrains are preliminary and have no roads, loads or buildings, but are fun to discover. To install these terrains, extract the archive content to your dataterrains directory.
It pretty simple, but it's quite fun seeing how far you can drive the cars into the water before you stall them.
Also another fun point is trying to jump over the Rig-A-Deal. It can be done with Box5's Gravedigger monster truck, haven't tried it with many other vehicles but I'm sure it's not too difficult for most springy trucks.
The terrain looks best with the highest water settings you can get. If you just use base water settings you don't get the same effect.
Since the main checkpoint run doesn't actually have a clear start point, I'll explain (very simply) here:
You need to drive along the narrow floating platform, turn left onto the main platform, and the start checkpoint is the one you see straight ahead of you. Drop off the platform and just follow them round until you return at the Rig-A-Deal. Just thought I'd explain that otherwise someone would message me saying my terrain didn't make sense like the last one I uploaded.
The base-pack (this download):
This is the main set of files needed to get started with an almost empty terrain.
The only construction on this map is the spawn-point (the truck-shops). No roads or other structures are built yet.
(You can use this map as a base-point for your own constructions if you wish)
Also included in this download is a 'road-works' sign (to go in the object-folder) which will be used during construction (this is not needed if you only want the empty map, but is used by the progressively updated construction-pack)
The construction-pack (available on my website):
This is the single .terrn file in which all the progressing construction-work is placed.
Download this file whenever it is updated, and copy it on top of the file from the base-pack. This way you get all the latest road-construction work that has been done to date.
The development of this file has no time-limit, but will continue indefinitely.
Hi all, i just made 2 offroad maps, and one of them is more of a crawler map, and its very challenging, and time consuming, but its fun, and then I made another one, that Is relatively easy, and you can do it pretty fast, and with lot of different kinds of trucksâ€¦
Rockisland was inspired by the 1998 game Viper racing developed by MGI more info can be found in the readme, i have also included my enbseries settings in this zip, read the readme for more info on that.
