The overall inspiration for these maps and cars was the old 1997 game Test Drive: Off-Road.
The Offroad course features Angelscript races and ambient sounds and particles.
The Snow course features realistic snow physics and nice calceum settings.

So, I decided to finally officially release this map, since I have not done anything to it for a long time. It's the same to the last beta I posted.

This terrain works only with 0.39! Neither 0.4 nor 0.38 or lower. Try a 0.39 version. I would suggest some former version than 0.39.7. You can have both 0.4 and 0.39 installed simultaneously as separate games and run whichever you want without problems.
Since this uses an overlay colour texture blended with detailed textures, it can not be converted in 0.4 properly, because there is no such option, as texture blending, yet.
Modding generally, is permitted, as long as you put a link to the official terrain here and the author. You can start a thread about your mod, so I can see your progress. If it's going really well, I may post it as an official update to the map, here or the thread and credit you.
PLEASE, DON'T RATE THIS DOWN IF YOU EXPERIENCE ERRORS! POST THEM BELOW OR ON THE THREAD INSTEAD! RATING HAS TO DO WITH HOW YOU LIKE-DISLIKE THE TERRAIN'S CONTENT AND FEATURES AFTER IT LOADS AND RUNS FINE!
UPDATE 3: Fixed some more texture issues and replaced the grass and asphalt textures with higher resolution alternatives since I accidentally scaled them down before.
UPDATE 2: Fixed a possible crashing bug on the FPS version of the map. Also fixed some texture issues and added mini images. Might have done some other minor stuff that I don't recall at the moment.
UPDATE: Now has a race around it. You'll need to regen your cache for the race to show up.
This is Mountain Run. It has one 6 or so kilometer long road that weaves amongst the mountains. It's also good for crawling if that's what you like to do. Features alpha splatting and proper ground models.
Lone Peak - Hill Climb map
Mainly added angel script race, and reworked detailled textures a bit. Also the terrain should look less polygonal in the background
The goal of this map is to give you a smooth road for hill climbing. Take a powerful rear drive car and go!
