Here is my latest sound upload for Rigs of Rods Class 58 trains created by tommylommykins and Miura. This latest version is compatible with 0.36.1 software compared to my last upload that was made for 0.35. This new release adds sounds for a new train, the MF77. You can find more information on the different trains and how to install in the README file.
Contact me if you need anything such as a french translation (if needed).
P.S. Sorry for the big file, takes a while to download but the result is nice!
Included in the zip are four sounds, hornstart, horn, hornend and radio. Also included is a simple readme and soundscript. The zip is quite large mainly because the horn loop and the radio loop are respectably long.
this file consists of two (2) American Siren files that need to be put in the sound folder in the RoR file. the one file thats in there now need to get changed to police1 or something like that. the one file in this pack that is "police1" if it is the one you want needs to be changed to "police in the sounds folder... if you have any questions PM me. Thanks to LHFD for allowing me to use these sound files!!!
It´s a package of german fire trucks of a fictional Fire Department from the fictional town Marktheim.
So that are a
-Command Vehicle (VW T3)
-Personal Carrier (VW T3)
-Tanker Truck (MB 1113 LAF)
-second Tanker Truck with water cannon (MB NG 80)
-FIRE ENGINE (MB NG 80)
-Equipment Vehicle (MB NG 80)
-Ladder Truck (MB NG 74)
and a smaller Fire Engine from a village near Marktheim that called "Oberdorf" (MB O'607D)
This is another mod of the 2WD 5th-Wheel International 4700 by dneufeld. This time, I made it into a 1989 International S1900. The real truck is owned by the Southeast Raleigh High School marching band. I will be releasing a trailer for it shortly, as well as the other trailer and the 2 John Deere Gators. Sounds are from the band's S1900.
Credits go to dneufeld for the original International 4700 pack
here are subway sounds again but this time, they correspond to Paris' lines 1 and 14 (it's called the MP89).
The difference is that this train is on tires so it gives a much different sound.
The installation process is the same as the other train sounds, and if you need more info, there's a README file in english and french.
These files are in a way better because when you take different views, the sound actually adapts to where it's beeing heard from, unlike my first upload.
P.S. If you need ANYTHING at all such as help on how to get the train file or how to install these sounds, please let me know, i'm here to help.
P.P.S. Again, credits for creating the Class58 train go to tommylommykins.
Some sirens I made, just rename them to 'police.wav' and overwrite the old one in 'data/sounds' =]
There are about 12 Sirens, most of them are more Police like sirens, and 1 siren for a firetruck
They're still here o.O
