made for RoR 0.31

A model of a telescopic handler/offroad forklift with four wheel steering. Its not based on anyspecific model, but i dont think that its a million miles off.

It needs someone to add an extending boom and attachment point, texture it and add props etc, as this is just a working chassis and main arm.
It has a suspension and axle system that is much closer to the real thing (see-saw axle, no up and down movement), and makes it a lot more realistic.
