Manitou MLT 731 telehandler v1.2

Requires: 0.36.3+

Included in the pack is:
- Manitou telehandler with coupling for attachment
- Manitou telehandler with truss boom
- Manitou telehandler with winch
- Bucket attachment
- Forklift attachment
- Counterweight loads

Version 1.2
- Skin selection menu removed (download skin pack instead - see forum link)
- New torque curve
- Flares added
- Working lights/beacon added (Ctrl-1)
- New Manitou winch version
- 2 Counterweight loads
