made for RoR 0.30

This is a modified version of the Jeep Cherokee that Adeodat originally made. I added a lightbar, a beacon on the dash, painted it a dark gray/black color, and put a Nevada Highway Patrol license plate on back. Simple yet effective. Have fun!
